All Points North Foundation’s Response to COVID-19

Dear All Points North Foundation Family,

As the United States contends with COVID-19 (coronavirus) and its implications, we reiterate our commitment to public middle school education and teacher training in underserved communities, and investing in solar installations, education and job workforce development. We want to outline our plan to addressing this global challenge together.

Safety is our number one priority.
The safety and well-being of our staff and their families, our grantees and the communities you serve is our highest priority. We continue to stay informed on the latest federal guidance and state-wide developments throughout this very fluid situation to ensure we are taking the necessary actions to protect our staff and our grantees. We are making determinations regarding in-person site visits and meetings on a case-by-case basis, based on guidance by our grantees.

We will be flexible with grant giving and grant agreement requirements.
Each grantee’s project or program is unique and the impacts of the COVID-19 situation may be different. We will reach out to each grantee and/or potential grantee individually to discuss impacts to timelines, grant proposals, grant agreements, project implementation and data collection to determine what is indeed feasible.

We affirm our ongoing commitment to you.
While the situation may be uncertain, our mission is certain: we are committed to you and the work that you do. We will steer through these difficult times together.

If you have any immediate questions or concerns, please reach out to Joe Ogrinc, Director of Solar Grant Partnerships at 720-583-2011 or Tony Moten, Director of Education Grant Partnerships at 214-870-4986.

We hope you stay healthy and well.

Sincerely,

Laura Staich
